Query on process going to a new Lebara MSE deal after the Lebara MSE deal you're on ends?

The MSE Lebara deals are usually superb from what I've seen on the site and threads here. The 'deals' seem to be a little higher than they were several months ago in some cases though. I had a query regarding if you signed up for one and the offer period is about to end and would appreciate if people can clarify!
1. If you should see a suitable new MSE Lebara deal, I understand you can port out from Lebara to another network using a PAC code from Lebara, then port to the new Lebara SIM using the PAC code from that 'temporary' new/other network. In this case, can you sign up for the new Lebara MSE deal SIM with the same e-mail address that you had your original Lebara SIM registered on? Or do you need to register with a new e-mail address?
2. If you decide to port out from Lebara to a new network and return to Lebara at a later date via a Lebara MSE deal in the future, would you be able to use the same e-mail address that you used with Lebara in the past?
Many thanks in advance. Hopefully this helps others too.

I have used the same email address to switch out and return about 6 times now. In each case I've identified a reasonable monthly deal, stayed with them.for about 21 days and then obtained a new Lebara SIM to switch back to.0
