Depends on the terms of the warranty. Most likely they'll offer another repair of a partial refund taking account of the 4+ years of use0

What do the warranty terms say? I'd be surprised if you're entitled to a full refund. You may be entitled to a depreciated refund, perhaps in store credit or voucher form, for example.0

If you want to proceed under warranty then what you are entitled to depends on the T&Cs of the warranty. You know better than us after 4 years what those T&Cs are. eg Replace? Repair? Full refund? Partial refund?
Or if you want to proceed under consumer protection legislation, then after 4 years the burden of proof (on the balance of probabilities) will be on you to prove that the fault was inherent/latent/present when you bought it 4 years ago.
If you can do that then - because JL have already repaired it once - you will be entitled to a refund if you want one, but bear in mind JL will be entitled to reduce your refund to reflect the 4 years of use you have had from it. You'd probably only get back about a third of what you originally paid.1 -
I'd stick with the warranty process now you're in it. I can't see that consumer rights are going to lead to a better outcome because your consumer right is to the same thing, I.e. a depreciated refund or refurbished TV. The only difference is that with consumer rights you'd be entitled to the refund in the form you paid, I.e. cash or card, whereas warranty refunds in vouchers. After over 4 years I suspect the refund isn't going to be huge, and there's always something at JL to spend vouchers on, so I wouldn't go through the hassle of consumer rights and just let the warranty process play out.1

JL have a good reputation on service and warranties, in view of failed repairs I would seek a replacement TV.1

Our to died one month before the 5 year warranty ran out.Due to where we lived JL could not find a repairer so advised we could choose a tv up to a fixed amount, which was a proportion of the original amount paid.We chose one which cost less than the fixed amount so got the tv and the balance of the fixed amount.
11 months later a refund of the difference between the amount we had already had and the original amount we paid, appeared on our credit card.
Happy. Days.1
