Lebara - new plan question
OK, so I have a current MSE Lebara plan which is about to expire. If I click "Change Plan" in the Lebara portal their equivalent is £10 / month, but I noticed that there's a new MSE Lebara plan for £1 / month. So I bought one, used the same email etc, but I can't see how to change to it in the portal. Is it even possible ? All I see are Lebara's own plans.
I don't want to change number or anything, simply swap to this new MSE plan....did ask them but they don't seem to get what I'm trying to do :-)

You can't directly - they offer those cheap plans to entice new customers, so they won't let you directly change to it from your Lebara account. You also can't transfer numbers from within the same network.
So what you'd have to do is
1. Buy a sim for another network
2. Request PAC code and transfer number to the new network
3. Request PAC code from the new network and transfer number back to Lebara under the new MSE Lebara plan
That does come with 2x the hassle, 2x the downtime while the swap goes through and 2x the risk something goes wrong (rare but it does happen). So up to you if its worth it.3 -

If you're with Lebara with an e-mail address, when you swap out to another network and then later back to Lebara under the new MSE Lebara plan, can you use the same e-mail address you had with Lebara before?saajan_12 said:You can't directly - they offer those cheap plans to entice new customers, so they won't let you directly change to it from your Lebara account.
