I'd remove the accusation of lying and instead put the usual point about unclear signs.

At the top the intro is too wordy - don't summarise the exchange at first appeal - so replace the first 3 paragraphs with a single sentence stating that the appellant is a company hirer, not an individual, so Group Nexus cannot pursue the company. A corporate entity cannot have been driving and POFA is not met.

This is out of date. You need to instead quite para 14 of the 2025 joint CoP:

"Paragraph 7 of the BPA CoP..."

Thanks @Coupon-mad. It has been weeks, but finally received the POPLA decision and my appeal was successful. Thank you for all your assistance!

For anyone else reading my thread a quick re-cap:

1) PCN received 31/10/2025 with an issue date of 27/10/2025 for an alleged parking offence on 06/10/2025.
2) Appealed to Group Nexus on 09/11/2025 via their online appeal portal.
3) Get a fishing response requesting driver details 18/11/2025.
4) Replied 28/11/2025 that no driver details can be shared requesting cancellation or POPLA number.
5) Received rejection of appeal with POPLA number 02/12/2025.
6) Noticed on 23/12/2025 the rejection email with POPLA number was no longer in my inbox.
7) Emailed Group Nexus 23/12/2025 to provide POPLA number or confirm cancellation of PCN
8) Received email from Group Nexus 30/12/2025 with attachment of original rejection email dated 02/12/2025.
9) Submitted appeal to POPLA 30/12/2025.
10) Received request to review operator evidence 15/01/2025.
11) Completed review 15/01/2025, refuted their irrelevant points and reiterated that the PCN did not meet strict POFA requirements.
12) Received decision on POPLA appeal today 11/03/2025: Successful.

Thanks again! Only took just over 4 months, but got the result I was aiming for.
