New Capita-run Civil Service Pension Scheme - problems (what a surprise!)

I've been waiting for my pension quote since October 2025.
Not been informed of anything other than they have my request - that was early April 26.
So fed up - I mean sooooo fed up.
Has anyone managed to obtain a loan/advance from Capita?
If so, is there a special form I need to send them?
I left years ago so can't apply to my previous employer.
Many thanks.

I feel your frustration 😫! The only loans I have heard about so far, are those being provided by our employer to those staff waiting for their pensions to come through (both partially and fully) and they have had to demonstrate/evidence some hardship issues to be accepted for those loans. But others on this chat may know other information more generically regarding what is available directly from Capita.
However, there is a mention about hardship while waiting for pensions on this page in the Member Knowledge Article which you may not have seen yet. I have no idea what the current waiting times are these days for the phone line.
What should I do if I am experiencing financial hardship while waiting for my pension?

Well, in a rare bit of good news, I can’t fault the Transitional Payment Team at the MOJ - applied for my loan on Sunday, and the money is in my account today! 😃

Somebody poked the badger because I heard back about my claim. Only two months since I sent off the last bunch of documents. Now I have another one to send back. Getting there .. slowly

I tried emailing them on "enquiries@civilservicepensionscheme.org.uk" - which got no response !

I've got my deferred classic quote (applied late Jan for start date of 1 June). Received quote 25 July, and I believe that was due to the help of my MP.
The covering letter states that final salary is shown on the quote, but there is no mention of it in my quote. Do those with quotes see their final salary? Does it depend on the type of quote?
There is very little in terms of calculation/workings out on it - given the issues, a single pension figure amount from a deferred pension of over 10 years ago with no evidence of how it's worked out, isn't very reassuring that it's accurate?

@Logan72 my partial retirement quote received at end of June was for Classic. I can confirm I also had no mention of my salary or how it was worked on on any of the paperwork received from Capita. Just two quotes for me to choose from with details of both Classic and Alpha in terms of the McCloud Remedy. Only point of reference I have that the details feel sort of correct, is a copy of my last Annual Benefit Statement that I managed to get from the old MyCPS site before it shut down!
