Should I be seeing pay slips, p60s and length of service? if so, where are they displayed? I just have my contact details and national Insurance number.
There should be links to payslips and P60s on the “landing page” when you log in to your account

I think payslips only appear if you are receiving some pension.

Yeah, I should have made that clear 🙂

In other news, the wife set up her account last night and, wonder of wonders, her ABS and beneficiary details (me!) were all there!

New web page on Capta will not let me log in. It recognises my email. it confirms my username and security questions and lets me update my password but when I come to log in it says Your username or password is incorrect. Please check and try again. I phoned and was told 97th in the queue then got cut off at 30th in the queue after 50 minutes!!!

Did you re-register on the portal?

You need to create a new account - the old MyCSP login details weren’t transferred over

Another 1 hour and 40 mins wait today and then the phone lines closed down (I was caller 11 by that time).

Same circular and frustrating issues. I've tried several times and still can't login. The site knows I've tried because it stops me from using the 4 previous passwords.  Receiving the same message that I have to speak to them because some of the info they have doesn't match what I'm inputting. I have no way of finding out what info they have.

Not being able to access the portal, the phone queue being hours long and if you do get through, being fobbed off with "call later in the week" rather than trying to resolve. Then, later in the week, being told to call next week.

The portal feedback form is a shade off pointless. Trying to submit a complaint is another useless circular process as it tells you to contact them and talks about how issues can be resolved with a conversation.....  :s

Deferred pension due end-Oct and applied for late August. Still not received it and I can't get any info on when it will arrive, or even if it's being processed.   This is causing anxiety. Hacked off.

Terrible website, looks like a relic from 10 years ago which I suppose is good going by Crapita.

That was a late application to bring the pension into payment so it is unsurprising that you are still waiting.

If you want to claim your pension, please complete the Online Change of Details and Retirement Form – Deferred Members at least 4 months before your planned retirement date.

With all the disruption arising from change of administrator, you may have to be patient.

Five months until mine is due. Should I start the claim now? Or wait until the system is working better. I don't mind much if it starts paying late as long as I don't miss out on any.
