APCOA - Newport Station

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
Had a NTK come through after the car received a ticket back in October. Even though it was originally a ticket placed on the car, should we follow the same process as before in this thread?

    Did notice last night that it cuts off after the Welsh section. Is it worth using that as part of an appeal or just send the standard template used before?

    It is surely a slam dunk win at POPLA stage with that point and the fact the NTK is non-POFA but don't mention either of those points at first appeal. Just the usual template appeal for APCOA, not saying who was driving,
