HL’s ISA doesn’t seem to be flexible.
Is there such a product? As I am retired, a flexible option might be useful
Thanks.

Trading212 is flexible although I wouldn't put too much with them.1

I use Barclays Smart Investor, fully flexible and cheaper than HL if you invest in funds - 0.25%.2 -
Yup. I use T212 for my flexible ISA and iWeb (Lloyds) for parking ISA investments long term. If anything goes wrong with Lloyds we know from the GFC the government would have to step in and prop them up with whatever it takes to maintain confidence as it's a critical bank for the UK economy to function.Newbie_John said:Less established, that's why.

I wouldn’t worry too much about T212, it’s been around for quite a while and is profitable: £40m net profit last year for the UK entity. You can find these data on Companies House.FIREDreamer said:

Freetrade (owned by IG), CMC Invest (LSE:CMCX) and IG Invest (LSE:IGG) all offer flexible S&S Isas as well.IG’s my favourite at the moment: zero commission and zero account fees if you trade a few times a quarter. Like Freetrade and CMC, it doesn’t offer OEICS, though.
Unlike the other zero commission brokers IG offers 15 second quotes for LSE listed securities.
