Yes, I guess so, but as I said, sometimes it's a one or two word difference that is the loophole. I see they have quoted POFA, but in your thread of examples you don't say whether that version is compliant or not?

Whaaat? Nobody here pays. You don't just pay an unfair private parking charge.
My thread does say.
It says 'POFA' above the POFA versions and non-POFA above the non POFA worded ones. But nobody pays.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
