Update. I ended up ringing the WFA people. I was told I didn’t get a letter as my address was labelled as a “Dead Letter Address”. Go figure!! But kudos to the advisor I spoke to, he asked all the usual questions - dob, nat ins number etc. When that was completed he told me I would get my money on 23rd Dec.I was slightly sceptical, but it duly arrived on 23rd!
Just shows you should follow your gut instinct when you get a feeling something is not right!!!Flowers are sunshine for the soul2
