The N180 is next, when the CNBC are back in work and ready to post it to you, possibly this month
After that is mediation, so study other similar cases and understand the process and slow timelines
The stages will happen, at their pace, work permitting

Hey all. I replied to the N180 with my details and now DCBL are calling me weekly leaving voicemails to get in touch "urgently". I am guessing I am under no obligation to get in touch and that this is a desperate attempt of them to try to get me to pay any monies before it gets to the mediation call or even court?
Should I call them and just bluntly tell them I won't pay a penny and will see them in court our should I just keep ignoring?

Keep ignoring block their number. Continue to follow the 8 steps in the Template defence thread.
