EE TV without Aerial

I'm looking to move from Sky as I'm paying £40.50 Signature, Ultimate £4.50 and Netflix Boost to Standard £6.49 (Total £51.49). Contract Renewal offer is to reduce to £46.49 Total. My Broadband is separate and through BT.

I'm buying an 65" OLED TV and I'm interested in the EE TV Full Works Offer at £80 (Sky Atlantic, NOW Entertainment, NOW Cinema, 4 TNT Sports channels, discovery+, 12 Sky Sports channels & Netflix Standard plan).

I have two questions:

1. I don't get good reception via an aerial. I realise this will limit some things but based on what I currently have will it be a significant problem (we mainly watch and record terrestrial channels).

2. The small print says "The content you can record is variable and may change over time". Any idea what it means?

What's everyone's thoughts and am I likely to regret moving from Sky (I've been a customer for 20+ years)?

That EE package should include it but make sure it includes watching all UHD channels in UHD, my cheaper BT TV package charges me an extra £6/month for this. Make sure it applies to the NOW TV stuff too.

I assume you have costed this as an existing BT Broadband customer, should give a decent discount.

Outrageous that the Netflix proffer isn't the full-fat UHD subscription.

The terrestrial reception and ability to record should be unchanged.
