I haven’t received the DQ form as of yet. I think I seen somewhere on the forum that I could download a DQ form online and send this off?Any help on where I can find the DQ form and a link to the 8 step defence thread would be great as well.
Thank you0 -
Download the N180 DQ pdf document from the government website and fill it in, save as a pdf, attach it to your email to the DQ email address in the 1st post in the defence template thread in announcements

Any help on where I can find the DQ form
You can Google for it, which is why I don't give a link in the 8 step template defence thread. Which you also don't need a link for because you're always a click away from page one on any thread. See my signature.
