Online order not received

Not sure if i should be worried, but I ordered some gloves from The cosy bear company online.
Ordered it through their website, paid with Gpay. They've taken payment a week ago.
I had one message a week ago to say the order is 'on it's way'. But it's not arrived.
I've now seen a couple of comments on their social media saying it's a scam? (but could be just annoyed customer)
They replied to my comment on their facebook , asking what my order number is. I told them i've sent them an email with the order number. So now waiting for a response.
Not even sure if they are based in uk?
I'm not sure what to think now??
Any advice please?

Hi OP
Chargeback with card provider for non-receipt, 15 days for VISA, 30 for Mastercard. Those times are possibly after the ETA, @born_again will correct me if I'm wrong
Looks like they are in Canada and probably shipping from there (or maybe from China). In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1 -

Okay wanted to be sure it was the one I was looking at.cheesecake28 said:visidigi - Do you mean whats in the web address bar?
If you go to their main website its ' cosybearcompany.com '
Shopify site
Lots of Canada References
No terms and conditions
Chinese Payment options in bottom right
The Cosy Bear Company Ltd have been dissolved 4th of June 2024.
I think this might be a scam site in the sense they have taken over a failed/closed business and are trading on the historical experience of the previous owners.
Especially as its a bespoke product, but they don't let you change for a different size etc, only reorder.
See what happens a little longer, but prepare to claim from your card provider.0 -

Can't believe i fell for it.
I just phoned 159 for my bank. Lady said i have to wait 15 days for the 'cosy bear ' to sort it out. If cosy bear don't sort it out by then ,then i can dispute transaction?? Is that right?0
