I had a reply from Black Horse finance that no DPA was used on my Jaguar PCP car finance. How do I do if the response is correct as reading on other forums and news feeds they did use them. What are my next steps?

Believe what they have said, they will have checked your individual case, ignore all the "forums and news feeds".
Giving incorrect information would open them up to very large fines.
Time to put the claim to bed and move on.1 -

Hi I understand your car finance template has been updated. Do I need to resubmit my claim for the three policies I had for them to investigate the other two misselling reasons? Or do I wait until the new FCA recourse scheme is announced end of March??
