Hi all,

Has anyone used Envirofone recently?

I’ve noticed they seem to be under new ownership and the site looks like it’s had a bit of a refresh. I’m curious whether anyone here has traded in or bought from them since the change, and what your experience was like - prices, payment turnaround, customer service, that sort of thing.

I used them years back without any issues, but I can see they’ve updated their grading and processes. Before I send in an old phone, I’d love to know if the service is still reliable and whether the new team is any better/worse than before.

Would be great to hear how people have got on recently - especially compared with the usual alternatives like We Buy Any Phone, MusicMagpie, Mazuma, CeX, etc.
