I have a csv file from my PC containing ALL of the logins/passwords - is it possible to import this file in to Android to get all of my logins working ?All 315 of them

If your PC browser has saved those logins, probably easiest to install the same browser in Android and sync all the settings inc. passwords, bookmarks etc.
Depending on what format the CSV file is in, might be possible to import into a password manager and sync that0 -

If the lock screen shows a QWERTY keyboard, the device is maybe set to “password” rather than “PIN”, even if the actual characters typed are just numbers.1
