No the IAS will side with the parking company 100% don't waste your time.
They are saying the signs state no parking or waiting at any time 2 minutes or 20 minutes it makes no difference, have you read the joint COP?
If the sign says no stopping or waiting the COP states there is no consideration period, however as they were stating no stopping or waiting they were not offering you a contract to park, so there can be no consideration.
Just ignore the dimwits unless you get court papers then come back here.

Just ignore them. Honestly. Trust us. Still unsure that we are right?

Just click on the words underneath the little red 'MSE link' in the small 'Parking Ticket Appeals' banner at the top of this page which leads to the MSE Guide to fight PCNs.

Same info is shown in both this forum and in that Guide, as regards the debt recovery letters being a futile stage and ignoring these demands being risk-free as long as you don't miss or ignore a Court Claim (easy to defend). Consistent advice here is easy to find and not just from random strangers.

The MSE Guide is official 'Martin Lewis backed' advice. Rewritten this Summer and ver easy to read. You won't ever pay this invoice.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
