Why the internet speed unlimited sim from asda mobile I ordered recently for the most of the day is 0 or close to 0 making it impossible to use internet for the most of the day????
I have 2 vodafone sim cards and the internet speed from them is fast and constant???!!!

Are you testing the Asda and Vodafone services on the same device?0

Asda Mobile uses the Vodafone Network, so in theory your speeds should be the same, providing you are testing it on the same device and under the same conditions. Also make sure that when you're testing, you have your wifi switched off so it is only using the mobile data service. If one service is particulalrly slow, it will switch to wifi. If it's still slow then phone them and complain, they can help diagnose some problems over the phone. they'll probably ask you to restart the phone. if it still doesn't work then I would return it as not fit for purpose.0
