Can't open a second Cynergy fixed rate ISA, even for previous tax year subscriptions

I'd like to open a Cynergy fixed rate cash ISA and arrange an internal transfer from my existing Cynergy Online (easy access) ISA into it but it appears that I'm not able to open one, either via the Fast-track route when logged in to online banking or as an existing customer applying via the website.
As there are options to open every other type of savings account that they offer, the lack of a Fast-track option to open a fixed rate ISA for me is presumably due to the fact I've already got a fixed rate ISA with Cynergy and they don't allow you to fund more than one with new subscriptions in any one tax year, however the existing fixed rate ISA and the Online ISA I want to transfer each contain subscriptions from previous tax years only so opening a second fixed rate ISA should be possible.
The reason I can't apply via the website is that they don't list themselves in the drop-down list of providers to transfer in from (there is no 'other' option either in which to specify Cynergy) and I can't fudge an account opening with the new subscription option, as it doesn't allow you to specify a £0 amount (I've used all of my 2025-26 ISA allowance).
Wanting to open a new fixed rate ISA and transfer the contents of an easy access cash ISA with the same provider into it is a common thing to want to do but it seems, oddly, that Cynergy don't have an online banking option to cater for this, unless I'm missing something.
I've sent a query via secure message but it said to allow 5 or 6 days for a reply, by which time there's a good chance that the rate on the account I want to open will have decreased - in the meantime, has anyone else come across this particular issue with Cynergy and found a way round it ?

(The crucial statement from the terms is "You can choose one fixed rate each tax year except when transferring previous tax year ISA funds where you can fix the rate for each transfer you make").

They have a phone number if you feel this is urgent: https://www.cynergybank.co.uk/support/contact-usI have no experience, but am not surprised that an internal transfer would not follow the same process as a transfer from an external source.0

I have come across providers that allow you to open a new ISA and specify that it gets funded by an internal transfer from another ISA account during the application process but I guess that method of funding would have been specified at an earlier stage in the process, so you're right - it does make sense that Cynergy wouldn't include themselves in a list of ISA providers provided for external transfers, thinking about it.masonic said:They have a phone number if you feel this is urgent: https://www.cynergybank.co.uk/support/contact-usI have no experience, but am not surprised that an internal transfer would not follow the same process as a transfer from an external source.
They have plenty of options for moving money internally once the account is open, including between appropriate ISA accounts, but I just need to figure out a way of opening the account first. Presumably that won't be possible to do via a secure message, due to the T&Cs and ISA declaration that would need agreeing to first. I may ring if they don't respond soon.

It's not a transfer in it's a reallocation of ISA money they already hold. However, I tried to open an isa today, as a new customer today, and they won't accept either my mobile no or the date I moved to my house (many years ago but selected form their calendar)!0
