Beko heat pump tumble dryer failed after 6 months

Hi folks, can I ask a related question? 
Our Beko heat pump tumble dryer failed about 6 months after we got it (Dec 2024), but Beko have sent 5 engineers who have not yet been able to find the fault, so I can't get a refund or a replacement because according to them, there's 'No Fault Found'. But it doesn't work. So I'm feeling a bit stuck. Any advice?

We did consider one a couple of years ago but I sort of came to similar conclusions so we went for a bog standard condensing one instead.

I wish I'd seen this before we bought it..
