Does anyone use Fuel Cards for personal use, not just business?

I’ve seen those ads too lately. I’ve not personally used a diesel fuel card, but a couple of people at work have and they seem handy for tracking spend and getting small discounts. From what I gather, they can be worth it if you drive a lot, but maybe not so much for occasional use. Be interested to hear others’ real world experience as well.0

Have you considered a credit card purely for fuel use? Find one with a decent cashback or reward options and it might be better than a fuel card.0

So I’ve checked, and there isn’t an Esso station anywhere near me But there is a local petrol station that is consistently cheaper than the supermarkets. So I guess a lot of it comes down to geography as much as anything elseAll shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

I think it only discounts 2p/litre but there's no fee.

The problem with that is if the petrol station you have to buy from is consistently 2, 3 or 4p more expensive than the cheapest alternative. If there's a good fuel card that will consistently give you savings, than that's fine obviously. I think that card gives you 0.5p off at Tesco.0
