discretionary commission arrangement response

Hello,
I made a complaint using the template supplied on the money-saving website quite a few months ago. After months of emails saying theyre looking into it, I've now had a reply saying my finance did include a DCA. My question is, on the email theres a link if I want to submit a complaint, however, I thought I already made a complaint.
After viewing all of Martin Lewis's videos about this I'm confused what I need to do. Some of his videos say to do nothing but some say about opting in/out. Do I need to follow the link in the email or do nothing and then they'll still have to consider my original request?

Ive attached a screenshot of part of the email. It might be as simple as click the link but I want to be sure I'm doing the right thing to ensure it is looked at properly!

Thanks!
