Talk Talk seem to have changed their login process and every time I try to login I have to enter a verification code. Does anyone know how I can change this process. I have tried phoning them and have given up waiting in a queue to speak to them. The online chat is as bad waited 20 minutes and gave up with that too

I suppose it is but it’s still a pain having to go to my emails for the code and I rather not have it.0
