I've just done a test run on tea cards, and yes if I change the SD option to large letter then the custom box pops up. I can therefore send tea cards via my own custom postage. As per my earlier warning though, check your sizes carefully, a letter has quite thin requirements before it slips into LL.

I tried again this morning. I've realised I need to put the price in, then the custom box pops up as it's less than the £10 limit.
