MSE British Gas Tariff - All usage data has stopped from Nov 12th onwards

I'm on the same tariff with BG. Electricity is fine, gas readings are patchy at best.I had an online chat with them (fought my way past the robot and got a human) about an error in my first statement and to ask why they weren't showing smart gas readings when they did get the usage data around the billing date. They said there had been an error with the setup but it was sorted and I would not have that problem "henceforth". We shall see.

Actually, thinking about it, I’ve not had a statement since moving to BG on 3rd October…. although all my data usage is showing on the app up until 20th November.0
