It was nearly 4 years ago , when the parking fine company originally sent the original claim letter . I replied to this and provided the bank statement from my bank with the payment to the meter at Pleasure Island , Ingoldmells on the date in question. Letters from the legal firm I thought were a scam as non were ink signed and looked like photo copies. They stopped for 15 months and then i received the Judgement letter. So ive downloaded the N244 form to fill out. Any advice would be appreciated.

Seems wrong they can take it to this level and £350 when i Provided and still have proof of payment to the claiment

So is there any point filling out the N244 form even though i paid to park?

Ignoring a claim form is a really massive error and a judge might not set the CCJ aside.

Even if they did, a N244 costs a £313 fee that you won't get back, because the Claimant has done nothing wrong.

I think you should email a named person at DCB Legal (not info@) and offer to settle it within the 30 days, which has value for them and they might settle under £100. Start at £35. Obviously NOT telling them you ignored the Claim Form from the court service.

You cannot do this next week. Time is of the essence. You will have your credit rating trashed very soon so get it settled. Hopefully for under £100.
