Private Parking Company entering a County Court Judgement

I have received a letter stating someone has entered a judgement against myself regarding Parking at Fantasy Island , Ingoldmells Skegness. The date of the incident was over 3 years ago. On arrival at the park we were directed where to pay by a parking attendant and paid at the machine for a full day. I sent proof of payment from my bank at the time the issue first got brought to my attention. I have now received this letter claiming I owe £325.74 to the claimant Smart Parking Ltd. The letter also states if I ignore it goods may be removed or sold to recover the monies. Can anyone advise please?
Thanks
Justin

Show us a redacted copy of the letter please.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The first thing to do is to check that there IS a ccj against you.

Does it show on your credit file?

Does the letter show a court reference that you can check by emailing CaseProgression.cnbc@justice.gov.uk

Ask them to send you the particulars of claim

We bet the claim form went to your old address because you didn't update Smart Parking when you moved house.

You will have to do what hundreds of people here do successfully every year: apply to the CNBC using form N244, to set aside the CCJ,

YOU DO NOT PAY DCB LEGAL.

Read a few CCJ set aside threads but ONLY from the last 4 months. Not older ones.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
