How can I get help for my business startup ( For unemployed)

I like to believe at this stage, I cant get a startup loan, as I have been trying, so now at my witts end. I am happy to get one at 50% for a period of 6 months payback, as I only need to get my UBer lic sorted, as its a profitable venture and then I can continue with my own development

I am not looking for much, just to get the taxi (which is the tail end of hundres) thing sorted amongst with a few petty bills

I have that ready

I also have my iOS and andriod phone apps built, but not ready, 

Finally the website is up and running, still working on it to finalize plans. But struggling financially, hence this post
