Just appeal as per the NEWBIES thread.
Sorry to be a pain, but there seems to several options. Which one do I need? I have ADHD, and I just can't process all the information in that massive thread (I really wish I could).

If the incident date was 28/10/25 and the date they raised the NTK was 13/11//25 (as @1505grandad says not good focus) then the NTK cannot have reached the keeper by the stipulated time frame to hold the keeper liable.
So long as they are not told the details of the driver they are stuffed what ever they or the ridiculous joint COP state they cannot possibly just assume that the keeper was the driver.
Did you get my reply, James?

    There aren't several.

Confirming what others have posted: -
With date of event of 28/10/25 the NTK must be given by 12/11/25
With the NTK having been posted on 13/11/25 it is deemed delivered on 17/11/25 and is/was 5 day(s) late
For the appeal, use the text in the NEWBIE sticky that is written in BLUE after this: -
TEMPLATE ''ONE SIZE FITS ALL'' FIRST APPEAL THAT DOESN'T SAY WHO WAS DRIVING

PS Should I mention the fact the letter was dated too late - and what I said about being unable to pay as I couldn't get the app? Or just leave that?

Appeal sent using the blue template recommended by @Le_Kirk.

I didn't mention that I was unable to pay via the app, or that the letter was sent too late. Figured I can mention all that later if they refuse my appeal. Hope that's OK. Fingers crossed.
