    What was outcome?

    I've just been to THE RANGE on London Road, the receipt tells me the last day I have to return is 20 December for a change of mind. 

    Then below that "extended returns policy" - products purchased from 03/11/2025 can be returned to the store until 11/01/2026.  

    So this 7 days seems to be a figment of imaginatiuon.  End of.
