Does her contract state that there will be a yearly increase based on inflation?0

When I log into My02 there is only one document under agreements which says this;
1. Each year, your Monthly Subscription Charge will be subject to an annual increase by a fixedamount, this will be shown from your April bill onwards. Full details of your monthly price,including the fixed amount increases, are set out clearly in your contract forms and orderconfirmation documents.
But I don't appear to have a contract form or order confirmation.0 -

Unfortunately I didn't. The only document I was emailed is the same one that's in my O2 account which I referenced.flaneurs_lobster said:

A bit late with my reply, how old is the contract?
I must look it up but I am 100% sure that I read on Martin Lewis’ X-account that there is kind of an agreement now. You can get out now or as soon as you notice the hike.This is weird wording, I know.I’ll go and find it and post more.
Also, if your partner is already out of contract then she can cancel anytime. That could be a reason for not sending out this notice.Here at home we received 2 emails for the 4 connections. 2 of which are out of contract indeed.The 2 for which we received emails, I cancelled.We have moved 1 to Talkline and 1 to Lebara.0
