O2 - no price rise notification received?

My wife is on a O2 contract and she has not received any communication from O2 that her tariff will incur a price rise.

Should she have been told by now? Has everyone else been notified?

    Does her contract state that there will be a yearly increase based on inflation?

    When I log into My02 there is only one document under agreements which says this;

    1. Each year, your Monthly Subscription Charge will be subject to an annual increase by a fixed
    amount, this will be shown from your April bill onwards. Full details of your monthly price,
    including the fixed amount increases, are set out clearly in your contract forms and order
    confirmation documents

    But I don't appear to have a contract form or order confirmation.

    Those documents are normally supplied as attachments to a confirmation email sent at the time the contract was taken out.

    Unfortunately I didn't. The only document I was emailed is the same one that's in my O2 account which I referenced.
