Reply back with 1 and 2, ignore 3, so just confirm your details as the PERSON they are corresponding with, no admissions0

Thank you! If I were to ignore 3 and should this go to court, would that not be seen as being unreasonable and uncooperative/obstructive?Gr1pr said:Reply back with 1 and 2, ignore 3, so just confirm your details as the PERSON they are corresponding with, no admissions

Nobody is legally obliged to make admissions in a civil case, its up to the claimant to prove their case
So if you are the person that Gladstones wrote to, confirm your details as the person they contacted
If they ask for anything else, like whisky, cheesecake, or your grandfathers date of birth, ignore them
They can ask, your reply can be a naughty one, or ask me in court
Have you never seen no comment interviews. ? Where you just confirm who you are. ?
You can either accept my reply, or ignore it, I am not debating legal matters like your question, I leave it to the correct person, the judge
I already gave you my advice1 -
I wouldn't reply back at all
Zero need to over think stuff which is exactly what your doing2
