Just migrated from O2 due to their above inflation rise. Migrating was relatively easy with O2 giving me a PAC code promptly. Coverage & costs are great BUT Customer Service is dreadful! There is no human contact, first time is BOT then you get through to live chat BUT IT TAKES AGES TO CHAT TO SOMEONE - UP TO 10 MINS TO GET AN ACKNOWLEDGEMNT THEN EACH RESPONSE TAKES AGES. I suspect the call centre is not UK based. The issue I had & still do (despite 2 attempts & an assurance that they would get 'technical support' to look at it) is I can't get the app to work on my iphone ok on my imac but not my iphone - very frustrating
