Back again for some help please.

I need to submit a witness statement in a few days. Gladstones have sent through their own Witness Statement on behalf of the claimant.

Essentially, they've denied everything in the Defence, attached the One Parking Solutions v Norma Wilshaw case, and included various photos from Google Maps of the parking signs at the location, along with the follow-up notices from Horizon.

I'll be in court, and my wife is the listed defendant.

Should I use this WS as a template and edit as necessary?: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6624657/horizon-gladstone-witness-statement-case-dismissed/p1

    Thanks in advance.

Definitely , because its one of the best recent examples ( by JAckR1. ) and read the Hearing Tips in the newbies sticky thread in announcements

    BUT

You do realise that its your wife's WS, not your WS. ? ( you are not submitting anything at all. )

Thank you. Yes, good point, I'm aware it's my wife's WS, not mine.

Do the signs show a different amount (by £10) than the sum they are claiming was the PCN?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Yes they do.

In the Schedule of Losses, this is how they've dealt with that:
'Judgment in the sum of £80, being the principal debt due and owing to the Claimant, comprising the £70 parking charge expressly stipulated on the contractual signage displayed at the site, together with the further £10 administrative charge clearly referenced within the Final Reminder issued to the Defendant.'

Well they can't have ANY add-ons at all due to HHJ Moloney's first judgment in ParkingEye v Beavis (which the Template Defence explains).

But they certainly can't have £10 plus an extra 'debt recovery' false fee of £70, which are both unlawful. Double recovery of costs already in the £70 PCN.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Unfortunately lost this on some bs technicality. Any idea how I pay them, their dashboard says £250 owed but the judge said £160. The case was last Wed and I don't want a CCJ.

Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. Do you mind sharing what the technicality was?

I'm a random person on the internet. I hold no legal qualifications and nothing I say is advice.

I'd phone up Gladstones or post them a cheque for £160 with the claim number AND their case reference (from their emails & letters) on the back, with a covering letter referencing the hearing outcome.

What happened? Surely Gladstones didn't send a rep? Or did they?

Which court please? Not a female judge was it? There have been two bad ones.
