Ok, yes it was income related. On my partners journal is it supposed have payment for you partner on the payments section as it doesn't mention me on the payment summary?0

With UC Standard Allowance should be at the couples rate, otherwise other elements are paid for the individual only.
So your partner gets LCWRA for themselves. No additional money is paid on their LCWRA for a partner. UC is different to legacy ESA in that respect.1 -
I think you need to check with ESA.Squirrel22 said:Ok, yes it was income related. On my partners journal is it supposed have payment for you partner on the payments section as it doesn't mention me on the payment summary?
We're you on WRAG as partner on ESA claim, before you migrated to UC.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.1 -

We're you on WRAG as partner on ESA claim, before you migrated to UC.This is the problem here as it's possible that when the poster joined the ESA claim of her partner, not only did her own ESA claim close but so too did her status as having Limited Capability for Work*. I may be wrong, so it is best to check this out with ESA.* at the point the claim closed when the claimant moved in with the partner, it would have been possible to make a credits only claim for ESA. I don't know if this is an option now (ie if the LCW status is still ongoing) despite no claim existing. One easy way to find out is to check if NI credits have been credited by HMRC since the poster's ESA claim closed.1 -

So you need to find this out from ESA. ESA should have the records to confirm LCW.The comments I post are personal opinion.
