As above. From my latest experiences with airbnb's, parking was a big problem, so a private parking space would be a big selling point.elsien said:

As a regular user of AirBnB I look for a place with a fridge and a microwave as well as kettle and toaster.
Make sure there is plenty of room to manoeuvre inside.2
