Thanks. So when you say ignore 'for now', can I just completely ignore and forget about it, or will I need to do something at some point? I obviously don't want it escalating.Car1980 said:G24 tickets go to DCB Legal, who will make a court claim and then discontinue. They never go as far as hearings.
So just ignore for now.0 -
Do not ignore a letter before/of claim
Do not ignore a N1SDT claim form
DO ignore debt collector letters3 -
You will probably receive a MoneyClaim Online N1SDT claim form in the post following a "Letter Before Claim" from DCB Legal a few weeks before.
You file a defence online (which is a template in the stickied thread) and then another form a few weeks later and then you can relax.
Parking companies now use bulk litigators to make court claims, but don't follow through. It's all sortable online and the idea is not to be scared by it. 50% panic and pay up when they receive a letter from the court system. The idea is not to be one of them.3 -
None of which will happen if you succeed with plan A ! Hence why we recommend plan A
If you fail to succeed, only then will it progress through tedious hoops, possibly over a few years, before you come out the other end, having been prodded, cajoled, squeezed, poked and harassed for payment, with threats
You need to trust our advice and follow it, responding where necessary, but concentrate on plan A2 -
It may surprise you, but yes - yes you do.BigBlueSky said:

If the landowner doesn't cancel it, using our template defence presents you with fair dispute resolution (at last) and ends the scam next year, with zero risk.
No CCJ. Nothing bad; No costs. No court hearing. Case discontinued in the end.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
