How best to get out of the parents house ? Private rent is very high near me like 1200 a month for one bedrooms, when I take home 1900 that's rather a lot.
Are there any other options for me?

See if you can rent a room.  I did this for 2 years.  I paid £360/month, had my own room and of course had to share the rest of the house with the lady who owned it.  I did this on 2 occasions with 2 different ladies.  We got on well, but I tended to keep to my room most of the time as I dodn't want to watch her choice of TV downstairs.  It's ok if you have a social life or if you would spend lots of time in your room anyway.

There are quite a few people who will do this for professionals.  You could go through an agency but you'll probably end up paying top price for sharing with students or odd-balls.  Of course this is a gross generalisation but make sure you meet the other people if it's a shared house agreement.

There are plenty of nice enough places in the North, for instance, where you could rent a 1 bed flat for £600 a month.

Apply for social housing? (Anyone can apply; you might be waiting for many many years. but worth a shot).

Is it really that bad.  Can you stay with your parents and try to save as much as you can with a view to getting out at some point in the future.

It depends on what your end goal is and what you're willing to sacrifice.  Why do you need to have your own flat as you'll be paying a premium for this, and you'll be paying for all the bills on top?   Hopefully you're saving the money living at your parents, that you would have spent on rent.   
If you want to live away you should be able to get a decent flat share or lodging situation for £700-900 a month (in London) & probably much less if you are up north.  I did this in London for all my 40's until last year. 
Have a look at  https://www.spareroom.co.uk/  to get at idea of share rentals etc in your local area.  All the best

Moving into a shared house, renting with friends or earning more are probably the top options, or a combination of one of the first two and the latter.

I don't think my parents would understand if I found a room on spareroom. They would probably wonder why I'd live with a stranger than them. Regarding the house I am selling it, as I took on too much debt. I can't guarantee my job will be OK in the new year.
Once it's sold.i could still afford a cheaper flat without any debt.
I just want to move in somewhere like a hotel where its all furnished and doesn't need any work.
