    Alsoost a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

    Is it for smart parking ?
    The other claims are not relevant and if you did the AOS you will be fine.
    Defence can be done swiftly anyway

    Your MCOL claim history will show the issue date of that claim form,  plus your AOS which you have done, so will definitely have the information I asked you to post here

    But as the defendant has completed the AOS before they pulled the trigger, just get your defence in on MCOL,  job done,  no panic
