CLAIM FORM

Hi all,
I've received a claim form dated 21/10/25 and i've just filed my AOS today. I've not yet received any notification of a CCJ in the post yet. The reason i haven't responded earlier is because i've just got back off holiday this week. Do you think I should contact the court/claimant to advise them of the situation or just wait and hope that CCJ hasn't been issued yet and file my defence accordingly?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Is it for smart parking ?
The other claims are not relevant and if you did the AOS you will be fine.
Defence can be done swiftly anyway3 -

Obviously i'm willing to bow to your wisdom, it's just that the letter states that if I haven't responded within 14 days then the court is likely to make a judgement. It's been 14..1 -
