Thank you, i have checked the thread already and you reminded me - the thing about court claim is that still really rare for my circumstance? (airport drop off parking which i genuinely should’ve paid but forgot to in time and forgot to appeal in time)0

Find and link any Money Claim by Apcoa within the last 10 years. !
Especially any Airport threads, dropoff, pickup, or anything else3 -
APCOA have never sued anyone and I suspect they can't. Nope it's been quiet for the past few months after a good couple letters! Still have an eye out for the potential CCJ though.

You definitely wont get a CCJ unless you are asleep at the wheel and crash
Come back here if you receive anything other than debt collectors letters, ( but you won't. )
