Looking to claim but have since got married - what name do I use

Hi,
I've had 2 PCP agreements which I'm looking to claim against but both of them were in my maiden name. I'm completing the form via MSE but I don't know whether I need to claim in my current surname or my previous one that the agreements were taken out in.
There's boxes to put your previous address when you took out the agreement but nothing about a change of surname,
Is anyone able to confirm please.

Maybe wait until the FCA scheme is published and the lender has the software in place for you to submit your claim. Doing it now before the scheme is agreed and processes are in place is pointless.
