HMCTS Letter - Fake or Real?

Hi There My Daughter has received a letter apparently from the HMCTS but there is no PoC on it and it doesn't look very cosha. And if the OP is considering applying to get it set aside as per the message bottom left on that letter - dont waste your time and money. "Ignoring everything sent to the correct address" wont fly as a reason to do so.
