Disputed Parking Charge Britannia Parking Represented by BW Legal

Well we gave it a go!!. I think the Judge was swayed by the number of people who put the vehicle reg in whilst we were in the PH I think. Whether they were told or saw the signs or maybe had visited before IDK but we fell foul of their shortcomings.
Either way he seemed to think the NTK , the signage, the consumers rights act all poported to the probability of BP meeting their obligations.
The BW legal rep was actually respectful and allowed us to speak. Didn't interrupt at all.
Can we take this as a moral victory ✌️??. Given that the full PC was cut and all the time and money BW legal put into it far outweighed the PC and costs we were given…

Oh yeah, they make no profit. Some companies just pay extra to take them all the way to a hearing merely as a way to scare others into paying.
Court hearings are a loss leader.
What was the court? Some in the Midlands and South West are parking co. friendly.

We were in Bournemouth County court. The Judge seemed reasonable.
We'll take some satisfaction from giving them a hard time for it!. Although felt a little deflated by the whole thing yesterday..

It's a shame this wasn't further along the coast at Southampton. You'd have won.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good morning. Just checking the next step for us.
So we were ordered to pay within 14 days. It was our intention to pay and accept that we gave it a go to get thr PCN overturned.
I just wanted to know how we go about making sure the ccj is set aside. The BW legal rep said if we pay asap they probably won't even file it but need to ensure it isn't filed.

Pay B W Legal ASAP and they will inform Bournemouth Court that the Judgment has been settled in full, in which case there wont be a CCJ recorded
