Anyone know if I can get out of T-Mobile contract?

Options
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows how I can get out of a pay monthly t-mobile contract of £35 per month? I have got until about July 08 and I don't want the monthly commitment any longer!

Any advice appreciated.
Thanks & happy new year!

Unless they've breached it in any way, I doubt you'd be able to.

Only other option is to buy it out.

thats like asking are Kylies breasts real these days ? well you can downgrade plan to a cheaper if your that far in a 18 monther

CAN peeps please read T&C before you sign up for ANY financial agreement, they work both ways..ie 07744 numbers got alot of peeps out of contract

also if you buy your contrcat online ask your retailer & network for a hard copy of T&C & the contract - by law you are allowed them ...T&C get changed on webpages

If you think thats bad, I had finished an 18 month contact with T- Mobile and rang up to cancel. I was persuaded to try a reduced tariff, so I thought I will give it a go. Nothing was mentioned about this extending my contract and I went on completely oblivious, I called up to cancel as the tariff wasnt that good and was told that I couldn't as I had entered into another years contract. When I tried to explain that this was not mentioned to me they fobbed me off with they have a note on their system to say I had excepted and the person on the phone gave me a load of abuse. I am still trying to get my contract ended.
I tell you something though I will never go with t mobile again!
