Ryanair delay voucher - £3

Opinions welcome on the "reasonableness" of Ryanair's offering.
I was on a flight a couple of weeks ago Stansted-Zagreb that was delayed from 21:20 to 00:30 due to a technical difficulty. As it touched down minutes before a 3 hour delay, the only right to refreshment under EU261 was "meals and refreshment vouchers in reasonable relation to the waiting time, as long as it will not further delay the departure of the aircraft;" This is from https://www.ryanair.com/content/dam/ryanair/help-centre-pdfs/passenger-rights-notices/Passenger-Rights-Notice-for-UK-EN.pdf
All that Ryanair provided was a £3 voucher through their app.
As a guide, a green tea from a departure lounge café was £3.45.
Does anyone know what other airlines provide in case of (a 3 hour) delay?

A short delay “light-refreshment” voucher really should only be seen as a gesture from the airline for a coffee/tea, or water, and if you are lucky a snack. I would think £3-£5 for a 2-3 hour delay would be about right.Always best to budget for extra airport expenses should a delay occur.0

Well nothing is free in this world....If the voucher was say £10 the cost would just be put on the price of flights. The vouchers for the most part would then be used on sandwiches and coffee people didnt really need but felt obliged to spend........ If you want cheap flights you certainly cannot expect top dollar service.0
