Loose Roof End Tiles

Hi,

I have three queries based on the attached photos:

1. Is it normal for end tiles in a roof to be loose?
2. Does the puddle on the flat roof look concerning?
3. Should the felt be as visible under the ridge tiles?

Thanks in advance

    1. Yes
    2. Not really, it looks very shallow.
    3. That is not felt. It's the flexible protector under the dry hip/ridge tiles and is normal.
