Black Horse - response at last - but not helpful

After 19 months I eventually got a reply to my MSE template request about DCA.  Black Horse have told me that there was no DCA agreement in place on my agreement but that they did pay the dealer commission ("which is shown below") and they may also have paid other commissions due to their relationship with the dealer.  This response raises more questions than answers!! The commission amount was shown as NIL. The part about possible other commissions was left in limbo.  Because there was no DCA they have told me that they have not raised my case as a complaint. But due to the unclear & contradictory nature of their reply, I have specifically asked them to log it as a complaint.  Do I need to do anything else or will the FCA redress scheme do the rest for me?

As the FCA are still consulting on the scheme and the final outcome is still not known, then it would be in limbo.  Plus, the lenders have threatened more legal action against the FCA as the proposed scheme goes further than the courts.

    You wait for the scheme.
