ParkdirectUK NTK. Appeal Date exceeded

Hi all,

I appreciate the forum very much and the efforts that go into these parking battles

I received a windscreen PCN from Parkdirectuk on 22/9/25. I have recieved the Parking charge notice (NTK) last week around the 27/10/25 or 28/10/25. The windscreen PCN was for parking in a resident bay in a large apartment complex. They have no visitor bays anywhere onsite therefore when visiting family you have to park further away and park on street paying council P&D. There used to be a long stretch of free council bays after midday but they have now been taken up by the new building developers. They initially started to offer replacement spaces in the bays of the apartment complex, those wherei recieved the PCN, but these now have been converted into the parkdirectuk restricted area.

I was chancing it and I am resitant at the lack of visitor spaces + the fact they take up the bays.

That's the back story...As per the NEWBIES advice to wait for NTK before appealing, I have know attempted to appeal online but the https://parkdirectuk.zatappeal.com page says "Sorry, you have reached the maximum number of appeals for this PCN or are now outside the allowed timeframe for appeal."Do i write my appeal and post it, should i just ignore, or pay it?

Your advice apreciated. Apologies if i have missed something in previous threads or stickies.

Thanks

Park Direct, IPC AOS member, no appeal will succeed,  so either post the template appeal,  or ignore them, because even if they read it,  they will reject it,  leaving you in ignore mode for up to 6 years

You didn't miss the advice about paying them, because it isn't on here, not recommended,  MSE official advice at the top of the forum is currently up to date,  as is the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

So nobody on here will tell you to pay them, not until it's a regulated industry,  not a cowboy industry

I think you misunderstood the Newbies instructions an missed the boat by a couple of days, it does not just tell you to wait for the NTK it gives a time frame.
Not that it would make any difference there is no appeal they would accept it's all a sham, you are now in pay it mode (not recommended here) or ignore everything unless real court papers arrive when you come back for more help.
Debt collectors letters can be shredded and used for lining a Hamster's cage if you have one!
