Branch = closed  .  There is only one bank left in our county town (Lloyds), and it will close in January, leaving just the Nationwide and the Post Office.

I tried the chat - gave up and downloaded the app.  Where the offer was available straightaway.

Did any of you who were having problems with either the pop up not appearing via browser, or the offer not being in the Offers page on App, finally get entered? If yes, how, and if you got assistance from Santander to do so, who did you contact?

I spoke to Santander Customer Service.  The chap who answered said that he did not have anything under Products and Offers either, but thought he might have had the invitation email, and just forgotten about it after clicking on it.  I said I was pretty sure I hadn't ever had  it, and asked whether he could arrange for me to be sent one.  He said he couldn't, but would get onto the appropriate team and ask them to enter me into the draw manually.  I have no idea whether this was successfully done, but I think I've gone as far as I can on this one.  The publicity for the draw still appears when I log out from the web site, but I wouldn't expect it not to even if I had been entered manually.

I've just sent them a message on their Facebook today to see if they can do anything. Might be worth a try even if it's last minute.
